Women in NRCS (WiN) and Asian Pacific Islander Organization (APIO) are honored to accept the 2016 National NRCS Team/Group Civil Rights Award. The award recognizes a team or group who has made a significant contribution to the Natural Resources Conservation Service in the area of civil rights program delivery.
