The Education Committee shall establish, create and coordinate educational opportunities for the membership.  The educational opportunities may include training conferences, webinars, training materials and resources that would benefit the membership professionally and personally.  This committee shall create a long range Education Plan, projecting the Organization’s needs three (3) to five (5) years beyond the end of the current fiscal year.  The Education Plan is subject to the approval and adoption of the National Council.  The Education Committee shall work with the Finance Committee to incorporate the Education Plan into the annual budget as needed.  This committee shall consist of ten (10) board members, with representation from each region.
