The governing bodies of WiN shall consist of the National Council and Executive Board. The main functions of the National Council is to guide the mission and vision and oversee the organizations’ operations and budget. The main function of the Executive Board is to conduct the day-to-day business operations of WIN.

The Executive Board.  The Executive Board consists of the officers of Past President, President, Executive Vice-President, Vice-President, Treasurer of Finance, Treasurer of Membership, and Secretary.
